My ac units were working correctly but my master bedroom was not getting enough airflow. I called the tech and he ran a second set of ductwork along with a register to increase airflow to the room. He set it up to cool the master bedroom more but not take too much from the other rooms. All the work was completed in a few hours and looks like it was done by the home builders.
